Company Policies

At XtremeFI we want your purchase experience to be smooth and trouble free with the ease of secure payment, fast shipping, clear installation instructions and excellent post sale help. To help make this a trouble free interaction and keep both parties safe, we have the following stores policies. I most situations, we strictly adhere to these policies, but we are both human and we will listen to any special circumstances you may have.

How to Order:

We are currently set up with an ebay store and paypal electronic payment system. This is a safe and secure buying and selling environment. As we develop our reputation for class A service, our product lines and website, we will add a stand alone web based ordering system. You do not have to be a registered ebay member to order products, just send us an email with your application needs and we can invoice you through paypal.

Payment Methods:

Paypal.com is utilized as our electronic check writing and credit card processor for a totally secure payment system. You (the buyer) have the full protection of paypal and never will be asked to disclose bank or credit card information to us. We do ask that you "verify" your shipping address with paypal before making payments. We reserve the right to refuse payment form suspicious accounts, or address info - full refund will be issued

Shipping:

We ship within 48 hours for all in stock items via USPS and UPS to the US and abroad. We will email tracking info as soon as your item ships . Some items are special order and may take longer. Also, exchange throttle bodies may take up to 5-10 days to process if not in stock. Email if you have any questions about availability or status, Combined Shipping Yes, we do combine shipping when possible. Please make your purchases, then request a combined shipping invoice. All items will need to be paid at the same time to receive combined shipping

Core Charges:

Warranty and Returns

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with all items sold (unless otherwise stated). We strive to deliver the best product possible, and in most cases our remanufacturing process will be better than your stock part. Keep in mind that we are usually dealing with used throttle bodies, intakes, etc and some may be nicer than others. There may also be instances where a defect gets through our QC department. In that situation we invite you to return your item for a prompt exchange. We also realize that situations and projects change and in some instances you will want to return your item. We will gladly accept your return, but because we consider most purchases "special order" we reserve the right to charge a restock fee of 25% w/ a $20 minumum. Please email us first for return instructions and give details for the return.
